Established in 2004 by brothers Dustin Rutherford and Dallas Rutherford, Coastal Builders offers new home construction, additions, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, second story additions, and design build construction management to the greater Los Angeles area. 

In addition to our general contractor construction services, we established our design group with the goal of offering our clients a single source approach to site development including; architectural planning, city and coastal commission permit expedition, engineering, and construction management services in an effort to ease the management of our projects and offer our clients the most useful services.
